IRVINE, California, January 12, 2024 – KCM Securities, LLC, d/b/a Keystone Capital Markets, is pleased to announce that its client Autism Spectrum Interventions (“ASI” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Fletch Equity, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. Keystone served as investment banking advisor to ASI.
ASI is a premier behavioral health services provider that has been providing ABA therapy to children living with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Founded in 2009 by Timothy and Kristin Prior, the Company has grown to become one of the leading providers of Applied Behavior Analysis (“ABA”) treatment in both the school and home setting throughout Southern California. Well-renowned for its best-in-class reputation, ASI has long-standing, strong relationships with prominent regional and national funding including large school districts, Medi-Cal, Medicaid, Regional Centers, as well as numerous commercial health plans.
